Texas State University invites applications for a fully funded Ph.D. position in experimental condensed matter/semiconductor physics, focused on multimodal scanning probe microscopy (SPM) characterization of ultrawide bandgap (UWBG) semiconductors within an NSF CREST Center for Ultrawide Bandgap Semiconductor Device Materials. The successful applicant will be enrolled in the Materials Science, Engineering, and Commercialization (MSEC) Ph.D. program at Texas State University.
