NCAT CREEM offers a pathway for broadening participation and success of URM students. Apart from offering graduate students advanced training on r-ray reflectometry and in-house maintenance of the NCAT laser system, it also provides opportunities for undergraduates and high school students to gain hands-on experience in its labs.
